I feel very proud and honoured to be the headteacher of E-ACT Blackley Academy.
I have worked with E-ACT since January 2013. E-ACT are a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust and share an aspirational vision for all their academies. We align our school values with the shared values of E-ACT, these are:

At E-ACT Blackley we believe that our role is to equip children with the life skills that they will need to be successful, both now and in the future.
We offer a variety of experiences for our children both inside and outside of the classroom, from visits to Universities to our range of after school clubs which include sports clubs every evening, craft clubs, coding clubs and many more.
Our academy is a caring community that values personal, social, moral and emotional development as well as academic and creative achievement. Our aim is that all children will leave the academy at 11 with a wealth of skills and experience acquired through our knowledge rich curriculum. We want children to have a lifelong love of learning.
We believe that children deserve the highest standard of education and we work hard to deliver such high standards every day in a safe and secure environment. Keeping our children safe is at the heart of everything we do and we take all aspects of safeguarding extremely seriously. Our Academy is unique in its approach to supporting the children and families we serve. As well as our dynamic approach to pastoral care within school, we work hard to provide support and opportunities for our families beyond the school gates through our Community Hub. Our Hub brings together our local communities, organisations and businesses to promote a shared social equity, provide a wide range of integrated services, cultural richness and greater opportunities for all.
