On Friday 27th Of May 2022, everyone here at Blackley Academy enjoyed celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. There were lots of props, decorations, fun classroom activities all surrounding Her Royal Highness, and of course, lots of food!
Just take a look below at some of the amazing food that was on offer for our special Jubilee lunch.
We also had many pupils and teachers dress up as Kings, Queens, Princesses and some other idols.
The Great British flag flew with honour throughout the academy as we celebrated this amazing achievement. Some wore the flag with pride on t-shirts, headbands and face paint!
We can’t wait to celebrate more this Friday with everyone in the country.
